I love some classic rock tunes when I'm at the grill, like Lynyrd Skynyrd or ZZ Top.

My treasured family recipe is my uncle's smoked ribs. He's been passing down the technique for generations, and it's a well-guarded family secret.

I'm all about the main course. Give me a big, juicy brisket or a rack of ribs any day!

I stick to familiar ingredients, but I'm not afraid to get a bit creative with my rubs and marinades to add some extra flavor to my BBQ.

The strangest thing I've tried was probably smoked alligator tail when I was down in the South. It was surprisingly tasty, like a mix between chicken and fish.
