After removing the sausages from the packaging, pat them dry with paper towels. Utilize the vegetable baskets or the single skewer accessory. If using a basket, place the sausages so that they are properly aligned, and then close the basket. If you are using a skewer, place the sausages in the centertransversely, so they are aligned and sequential.

Observe the maximum length of the skewer to ensure that all sausages on skewers cook evenly and directly through the preheated Brazilian Flame Grill Rotisserie. Grill them until they reach a golden color. Serve immediately with a drizzle of vinaigrette ontop, or as a side dish.
