Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh Rosemary
- 3 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1â2 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1â2 tsp Powder garlic
- 1â2 tsp Powder onion
- 1 cup Ranch sauce
- 1â4 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1â2 Lemon juice and zest
Chicken Preparation
Remove the chicken breasts from the packaging and dry them on a paper towel; trim excess fat, skin, and cartilage. If the boneless breasts are whole, divide them in half and cut them into approximately 2â˛â˛ x 2â˛â˛ cubes.
Put the chicken breast cubes and all the other ingredients in a bowl or other container and mix them well. Store in the fridge for at least 30Â minutes to marinate. Using a single skewer, skewer the chicken breast cubes in the center so that they are all aligned and placed one after the other.
Note the length limit of the skewers to make sure that all the cubes on the skewers cook evenly and directly on the preheated Brazilian Flame rotisserie grill. Bake until golden brown on both sides. Carefully remove the chicken cubes from the skewer and serve immediately.
