- 2.2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh Rosemary
- 3 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp Powder garlic
- 1⁄2 tsp Powder onion
- 1 cup Ranch sauce
- 1⁄4 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 Lemon juice and zest
Remove the chicken breasts from the packaging and dry them on a paper towel; trim excess fat, skin, and cartilage. If the boneless breasts are whole, divide them in half and cut them into approximately 2′′ x 2′′ cubes.
Put the chicken breast cubes and all the other ingredients in a bowl or other container and mix them well. Store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate. Using a single skewer, skewer the chicken breast cubes in the center so that they are all aligned and placed one after the other.
Note the length limit of the skewers to make sure that all the cubes on the skewers cook evenly and directly on the preheated Brazilian Flame rotisserie grill. Bake until golden brown on both sides. Carefully remove the chicken cubes from the skewer and serve immediately.
