Grilled Shrimp With Garlic Butter and Herbs Recipe

For seafood lovers, this recipe will teach you how to prepare a tasty grilled shrimp to serve as an appetizer, snack, or complement to a main course.

 

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs Colossal tail-on shrimp
  • 2 Fresh chopped garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 ½ tbsp Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper4 oz Butter
  • 1 ½ Colher de sopa de sal kosher

 

Shrimp Preparation

  1. Thaw and completely defrost the shrimp. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper.



  3. In a small pot, mix butter, half of the remaining minced garlic, and chopped parsley.



  4. Skewer the shrimp fillets on a single skewer, aligning the tails, following length limits for even cooking.
  5. Brush the shrimp with garlic and herb butter 3-4 times using a brush.



  6. Grill the skewered shrimp on a Brazilian Flame Grill at the highest possible temperature, brushing with butter until golden brown.
  7. Carefully remove the shrimp from the skewer and serve immediately.
