Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with BRAZILIAN FLAME™. We take pride in our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You can test the product to see if it suits your needs, but it must be in the original packaging and without any signs of extensive use or damage. To initiate a return, please email us at support@brazilianflame.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Additionally, please note that we will deduct the original freight charges for each product shipped from your refund to cover the cost of returning the products. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@brazilianflame.com.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please email us at support@brazilianflame.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for the exchange.
Warranty
Our handmade knives come with a lifetime warranty on the blade, but not on the handle. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your knife, please email us at support@brazilianflame.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for repair or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
