Grilled Shrimp With Garlic Butter and Herbs Recipe

Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs Colossal tail-on shrimp
- 2 Fresh chopped garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley
- 1 ½ tbsp Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp Ground black pepper4 oz Butter
- 1 ½ Colher de sopa de sal kosher
Shrimp Preparation
- Thaw and completely defrost the shrimp. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- In a small pot, mix butter, half of the remaining minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Skewer the shrimp fillets on a single skewer, aligning the tails, following length limits for even cooking.
- Brush the shrimp with garlic and herb butter 3-4 times using a brush.
- Grill the skewered shrimp on a Brazilian Flame Grill at the highest possible temperature, brushing with butter until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the shrimp from the skewer and serve immediately.
